The Trax was there for an eval on the catalytic convertor to check for a warranty. The tech found a leak in the coolant system. We choose to have the repairs done with our guy. The fluid was very low, that's on me. I didn't know there was an issue. one would think that the tech guy would have added some or offered to. To his defense the invoice did say it was low.

I made an appointment to have a state inspection on my 2020 Equinox. The work was done in a timely manner and they advised me on what to pay attention to in near future. I'm satisfied with what was done.

Over all good experience!! Staff is efficient and all very friendly and personable!! I actually know a couple of employees.. my only suggestion is that they wash your car before returning it to the customer? Just a nice feature which I believe I mentioned before on my last survey?? The former Chevrolet dealership I did business with always returned your car clean!! Nice attention to detail clearly made an impression on me!! Just a suggestion…

The problem was diagnosed quickly and parts ordered and repaired in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this service depatment.
